24-hour eligibility
An eligible initial service order may be refunded when the customer opens the request within 24 hours of purchase and the service has not been delivered or has not been used.
Domains are excluded
Domain registration, renewal, transfer, redemption and other domain-related charges are non-refundable because registry and registrar costs are committed externally.
Used or delivered services
A service that has been delivered and used is not covered by the 24-hour unused-service refund rule. Service failures are still reviewed under the SLA and applicable consumer-law requirements.
Cryptocurrency refunds
For an approved crypto-paid refund, the eligible original USD invoice value is used as the refund basis. The payout is converted to a supported cryptocurrency at the time the refund is processed. Blockchain network conditions and unavoidable network fees can affect the final on-chain transfer.
How to request
Open a ticket through the client area or email support@hostivra.com from the account email. Include the invoice or order number; never send wallet seed phrases or private keys.
